Our seasonal produce, grown next door at our own Grand View Farms is a source of inspiration for our seed-to-table dining experience. From baby carrots harvested just hours before they arrive on your plate, to the organic basil used in our house-made pesto, you will experience something from the farm in most everything we serve. At Grand View farms our practices are organic and sustainable, using solar power and spring water from our well, and never using pesticides or genetically modified anything.  We thoughtfully start by nurturing and growing the seeds that will become our next season’s menus, bringing them full-circle right to your plate.
