Chef Daniel began his culinary career by working up the ranks of some of the top restaurants in Las Vegas and New York’s food scene. He worked and studied with some of the world’s renowned chefs such as Mario Batali, Angelo Areola, Mark Vetri and Sam Hezan.
Now with over 20 years of experience developing and refining his craft, the Grandview Restaurant is proud to enjoy his talents as the Executive Chef of our restaurant. Chef Daniel shares the passion and vision of the Grandview for hospitality and the entire guest experience. His specialties include an artisanal pasta program as well as amazing house cured salami.
With his focus on Grandview Farms seed to table offerings and combination of his cutting edge and traditional style, using all the fresh farm vegetables, herbs, and pastured-raised eggs and grass-fed meats, Chef Daniel and his team have created a world class dining experience at The Grand View.
