In an effort to create the safest indoor space as possible, we have upgraded our HVAC system! A Special Air Purification System has been added, which uses a unique technology combining filtration and UV light energy to cleanse air and surfaces from smoke, mold, bacteria and viruses.

Additionally our employees must:

☑ Employees must self-screening survey daily which certifies that they are symptom-free and have not been exposed to COVID-19
☑ Wear masks throughout the workday
☑ Wear Single use disposable gloves when servicing tables
☑ Single use menus and wine list
☑ Avoid handshakes and touching face
☑ Maintain a minimum 6-feet distance from customers whenever possible
☑ Sanitize and Log cleaning of all frequently touched surfaces hourly ( light switches, touch-screens, podiums, all doors, restrooms)
☑ Wash/sanitize hands per CDC guidelines before and after wearing masks/gloves, before returning to work from a meal or bathroom break
☑ Hand sanitizer available at host check-in area, bar area, all employee work stations and all guest tables
☑ Cough or sneeze using a tissue and discard immediately, and wash/sanitize hands after
☑ Temperature checks for all guests and employees prior to entering facility
☑ Sanitize guest chairs prior to seating next guests

Most importantly, our employees are to remain at home if they are sick, and are immediately sent home if they exhibit any signs of a fever (such as elevated body temperature, body aches or chills). We continue to monitor CDC recommendations to prevent the spread of COVID-19 and will update these protocols as needed.
